Privacy policy

1. Scope and operator

This policy covers AdsTools, a personal keyword research tool operated by Xiaolong Li, and this public information website. AdsTools is used only by its owner and is not offered to other users. It is separate from the BeautyDeals website.

2. Google Ads information accessed and purpose

AdsTools uses the owner's Google authorization to submit keyword research requests to the Google Ads API. Requests include the keyword research inputs and the Google Ads customer identifier needed to make the request. The application accesses the keyword ideas and related keyword research information returned by Google to answer the owner's current query.

The purpose of this access is personal keyword research and ad planning. Google receives the API requests and processes them under its own applicable policies.

3. Storage and retention

AdsTools does not save Google Ads data. It does not retain a database or archive of the Google Ads keyword results. Information returned by the API is used for the current query rather than saved for later use.

This statement concerns Google Ads query data and results. It does not describe Google's own retention practices or the technical website requests processed by the hosting provider.

4. Website hosting

This information website is hosted on Cloudflare. Serving and protecting the website involves processing technical request information such as IP addresses and browser request details. Cloudflare handles this information under its privacy policy. This website has no public accounts, Google sign-in form, payment form, or keyword query form.

5. Contact information

If you email the operator, your email address and message are used to respond to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, authorization tokens, or other credentials. Questions or requests about information provided by email can be sent to Xiaolong01@lxlex.com.

6. Control and deletion

The owner can stop using AdsTools or revoke its authorization through their Google Account's third-party connections settings. Because AdsTools does not save Google Ads data, there is no retained Google Ads dataset to delete from the application. Revoking authorization does not delete information independently held by Google or Cloudflare.

7. Policy changes

This policy will be updated if AdsTools' purpose, audience, or data handling changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
